We are beyond thrilled with the service and professionalism of the entire team at Live Oak. Scott Rynning contacted us the same day I called to schedule a time to come out and walk us through the inspection and roof selection process. Nothing in the process was hidden, and he was very honest and thorough. He explained what would happen as we walked through the insurance process and how he would assist to ensure it was less on us to manage. I had a lot of questions and Scott always picked up the phone and talked through it to ensure my questions were answered. I was never treated like I had a stupid question. Scott provided a review of the installation day process and had the project manager address my concerns. The installation was professional and very clean and organized. I really could not have expected a better experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Following the recent severe hail storm, I reached out to Scott representing Live Oak Exteriors to evaluate the damage. He came quickly, evaluated the damage and arranged for a public adjuster to assist us. At the same time he got the Live Oak people arranging to start the repairs quickly. Colton from Live Oak managed the roof replacement, Danny managed the gutter and downspouts replacements. The work was outstanding and completed as promised. Everything looks great and Scott made sure the work was as promised. Live Oak provides a great service.
