We are beyond thrilled with the service and professionalism of the entire team at Live Oak. Scott Rynning contacted us the same day I called to schedule a time to come out and walk us through the inspection and roof selection process. Nothing in the process was hidden, and he was very honest and thorough. He explained what would happen as we walked through the insurance process and how he would assist to ensure it was less on us to manage. I had a lot of questions and Scott always picked up the phone and talked through it to ensure my questions were answered. I was never treated like I had a stupid question. Scott provided a review of the installation day process and had the project manager address my concerns. The installation was professional and very clean and organized.
